Pete Sandman joined Penn Global Marketing in 1981 while attending the University of South Dakota business school. He initially began on a limited basis, but upon graduating from college, he elevated it to a full-time career. Pete has not only worked with Penn Global Marketing ever since but is a perennial top personal producer. He currently co-manages the Midwest region out of Sioux City, Iowa. He is married to Janelle and has three wonderful grown children.

Scott worked four years at a dairy before deciding to pursue a career in sales. He spent one year with a large insurance company but was not getting the training he needed to succeed. So, in May of 1989, Scott chose to look for a new career position that would reward him according to his efforts and provide him with the training he needed. Scott was invited to join Penn Global Marketing and has been one of the nation's perennial top producers ever since. He quickly moved up the management ladder working with agents throughout the Midwest Region. He is married to Laura, and they are proud to have three children and three grandchildren.
