Joe Aiello joined the company in Dayton, Ohio in 2005 after graduating from Ohio University where he was a collegiate wrestler. This was his first career position and Joe’s upward rise came quickly. When the opportunity arose, Joe moved his family to Charlotte, NC to become the Senior Regional Manager of the Atlantic Region. He is married to Sara and they are the proud parents of 5 children.

Scott Grasso, originally from NJ, has called Charlotte, NC home for the last 6 years. He is a committed family man with four athletic boys of his own and two children by way of marriage. He and his wife, Jessica, certainly never have a dull moment in their blended family of 8.
Former school teacher and coach turned insurance agent, Scott was intrigued by the ability to help others in this field. With a smiling and cheerful disposition, he works hard to gain the trust of his clients and enjoys making the complex simple while guiding clients through the Medicare system. Scott believes in doing his best in all things and commits whatever work he does to the glory of God.
