Rick Frommling, on the outside, is an easy-going, upbeat guy. But, on the inside, he has a passion and drive only found in extraordinary leaders. He joined the company in 1985 after his career path in the grocery business was not providing him with the right opportunities. Since that time, Rick has managed to earn every award the company established and is today the Senior Regional Manager for the 5 Star Region. He is also a member of the Executive Council of PGM. Rick is married to Meg and the proud father of 8.

Rick started with the company in May 1985 and was quickly promoted to manager. In October 1986, he moved to Columbus, Ohio, to develop and manage an operation there. Rick has earned numerous awards as an agent, recruiter, trainer, and manager, including the Diamond Club, the President's Council, and 27 President's Clubs. He has two children, who live in California after graduating college. As a hobby, he does voice-overs for radio and tv commercials and commercial acting.

Alan grew up in Rocky River, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Dayton in May 1990. He started his only career when he met Rick Frommling at an on-campus interview on 6/1/1990. Alan worked in the Dayton/Cincinnati area until 7/96, then moved back to Cleveland, Ohio. He has won 16 President's Clubs and 2 Vice President's clubs. Alan is married to Jodi, and they have one son. His hobbies include youth lacrosse coaching for seven years and he runs his own summer lacrosse league. He also enjoys family time, hunting, and fishing.

Dave was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, where he currently lives with his wife of 22 years and seven children. He started working with PGM in 2007 and has enjoyed many successes, including winning the President's Club and serving on the 5 Star Regional Executive Team. Dave has also trained other agents into successful management positions and prides himself on his close relationships with his clients. In addition, Dave enjoys golf, exercising in his free time, and being active in his church.

Joe Frommling was born and raised in Lebanon, OH, where he graduated from Lebanon High School in 2008. Since then, he attended the University of Kentucky and served five years as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. After service, Joe came to Penn Global and began offering his services throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, specializing in Medicare products. After establishing an office in Lexington, Joe moved to the Cincinnati area, where he lives with his wife, Amanda, two girls, Olivia and Nora, and twin boys, Otto and Rocco.

Graham was raised in Lebanon, OH, home of the Golden Lamb. Through school, he played many sports and gravitated toward pole vault. He was privileged enough to vault through college as well. After graduating college, Graham worked in the medical device industry, specifically with patients and their insurance companies. Working there provided me with unique insight into the ins and outs of the medical industry and how they deal with insurance companies which he believes can provide a lot of value to the people I work with today. After a few years of doing that, Graham transitioned to where he is now, helping people with their Medicare. Graham truly loves the interactions he gets to have daily and being able to help take an unwanted burden off people's shoulders. On the more personal side, Graham has a beautiful wife, Hilary, and two fun kids; a three-year-old boy, Kelton, and a one-year-old girl, Savanah. They enjoy living on a small farm in Lebanon, OH, where he helps coach track at Lebanon High School.
